My practice is to guide you to connect with your most radically authentic self, to sustain an empowered presence and lived vocation. With ever-intensifying and fierce conditions that take a toll on our mental and emotional states, our shared world depends on our own self-acceptance and self-compassion.

I have dedicated my life to learning the tools to help myself and others to continuously realign with authentic selfhood and manage this turbulent but lesson-filled life. l am dedicated to aiding others by giving them the tools to attend to the inner world. This is why I’m here--I can’t think of anything more enthralling than to be a fellow journeyer, a witness to your truth, and provide some light for your path.
